The propaganda controversy surrounding the burqa or the defense of identity at all costs is merely the superficial symptom of a deeper illness: the blind illusion of the Ego that sets itself up as a judge, builds borders, defends a supposed superiority, and shouts to the world its own separate uniqueness. It is the collective madness of those who mistake an illusory construct for absolute reality. The ecclesiastical garb and the screaming mask no longer serve merely to denounce the historical alliance between dogma and coercion; they become the visual manifesto of this tyranny of the Ego. That recognizable inquisitorial monster on the throne does not represent a political leader or a faction, but the pure Ego in the saddle: the most extreme and paroxysmal form of the Self that appropriates everything—power, morality, law, even itself—claiming a centrality that has no ontological foundation. And here the insight merges directly with Radical Non-Dual Determinism (RNDD). If there is no real identity, no separate "I," no permanent center, then the entire scaffolding of identity wars, nationalisms, cultural crusades, and contests for supremacy reveals itself for what it is: a grotesque, cruel, and infinitely foolish play driven by causal automatisms passed off as sacred matters of life or death.
