Their expression is empty, almost alienated. Behind them looms the anthropomorphic figure of the wolf, dressed in the dark uniform of power. With the "REGIME" badge on its arm and the remote control firmly in hand, the wolf has complete control of the narrative. Its authoritarian presence symbolizes the media and state apparatus that shapes reality. The scene represents the paradox of the "parallel world": what is broadcasted by the television—a reassuring illusion, the propaganda of a flourishing economy and a serene life—becomes the only truth for the couple, supplanting the harsh and tragic reality of the rubble in which they live.
